We are seeing the possibility of robots entering our real lives very soon. Be it driver,house support,security guards ,manning toll plazas,waiters,personal assistant and many such jobs in coming years . But why are we afraid ! Surprised ! Many of these jobs are still done in robotic way.there are persons who are emotional blank - are not they robot in real life , there are persons whose job is just to mint money - are not they banking robot , there are persons who see themselves only - are not they robot . The real life is full of robot and by making such dedicated robot to perform certain task is to accept that most of the real world act are heartless and without any emotion . These robots will find many companions in real world. At least in case of robot they act as they are meant to be , without any emotion and attachment .

Bit slowly but decisively the world is moving towards unemployment created by technology. Things which are in laboratory ,in pilots , scaling up such as advancing coverage of internet and dependency on it ,cloud getting norms for big data ,robotics , machine learning ,artificial intelligence etc. will reduce human interaction and decreases number of required human resources .but apart from reducing and fueling unemployment it will boost the distribution system and help in reaching unreached . It is also not very clear that how these advance techs will influence the economy and how bigger its change  would be on economy . These technologies will impacts all walks of life on earth but will certainly define the way distribution should reach to the bottom . It will provide means to reach traditional areas left out of distribution net due to several known and deliberate reasons for  limiting the reach. Last five months of 2017,after leaving Patna , ended with a huge uncertainty in traveling  and the thoughts that comes to mind was that it is the end but 2018 begins with same level of uncertainty . Then suddenly the uncertainty added with hectic schedule with long hours at office even on weekends. Further woes was added even in local travel with heavy traffic jams. Shuttling between Delhi and Patna . Delays in deliverable continues at office with no definite answer till when it continues. The trend of 2017 continues .................... I need to take a call on home , work and life balance. The good time of Patna of June and July become distant memory.

They are not self centred but they have planned so much for themselves that they don't see others need. They are also not bad but they want so much goodness for themselves that nothing left for others . They are also not unwilling to help others but they require much more help themselves first. They see others priority but they put their priority much before that . Their intention is not doubtful but first of all they want to fulfill their need . At the end they only look for people who help them and don't require any sort of help in return. They are the people who knows the current time much better than any other. 

Leaving Patna after a gap of 66 days on 8th august . It seems it was one of the longest continuous stay at Patna since 1997  , not even crossed ganga bridge forget about out of the state. The hallmark of this stay will be always remembered for quality and quantity time with amma,beenu and naina and some very close relatives and friends . Heavy rains on some day made water logging in front of house but everything was just fine. Another feature of this stay was regular golf and morning and evening yoga with no non veg food since 30th April. During this period tried to make naina understand lot of things and she started reciprocating and seeing the points . Beenu also started going to yoga classes and liking it . This slow pace of life was only possible due to voluntary sabbatical since 1st July 2016 . Initially I thought that I will back to work from 1st July 2017 but it automatically got extended with good going at Patna . Now like all good phases of life it seems this phase also c...

Silence naturally comes , without any effort due to the ambience and environment but the real challenge is to practice and observe silence on your day to day life of your place of residing. Observe consistently inner silence witnessing all external chaos .

I have vastly observed, seen and witnessed that one human trait which is over supply in human being  is  all pervading great ego.  It has nothing to do with your situation or position or status , it is abundantly available with one and all. Mostly is false ego justified in the name of self respect. Very pathetic and also it is gender neutral , both sexes have enough . If somebody who has gone through the demanding life and reached a position of authority then meekly a bit of ego can be justified. But take a case of person who never qualified for 100 meter run has larger ego than the winner of 100 meter race. It is senseless and creating an artificial ego boundary between friends, family and colleagues. Shedding of ego is very important for social harmony and to end unwanted jealousy.
