Focus on unfinished agenda of life

I set aside many a times valid reason to reach out to my friends, professional colleagues and relation thinking that I need to be humble , understanding ,rise above little things and flexible to understand their side of story or stress which causes them to react like that. But what  I have noticed that due to this they take me granted . I now entered into my final phase of life and many of my own dreams are unfulfilled. I have to now focus more on meeting my unfinished agenda since life is running fast. Comfortably another 15 years are left to sign off .

Ancient wisdom

Three characteristics of Soul is sat-chit-ananda. Sat is the absolute truth, chit is awareness or pure consciousness and ananda is bliss infinite and boundless , free from any stress or tension or conflict or disturbance. These three enriches the soul. Three together are same truth that  leads to awareness and awareness to bliss. All three merges with truth and become one.

DNC

DNC for toxic people It is a long time , self imposed restraining order . DO NOT CONTACT (DnC) means exactly that. No contact with toxic people. This includes no conversations ,no texting,no phone calls , no face time. Both ways. You will see and feel the outcome.

Looking inward

I am not able to make it out. Not able to concentrate and carry with the decision . it seems there is some haste under which i am taking decisions and not able to carry forward. I am looking outward and external for my peace and happiness. Not able to concentrate on inner self. I have to  immerse myself to work with strict discipline. I have to reach out to my inner source of energy.

Between Mind and Heart

Life presents a dilemma. Mind knows the answer and its reason but the heart always like to deny it. The tussle between both creates a situation where you are torn between the reason and your desires. There are days when mind overtakes heart and prevails. But lo when it seems that confusion is over it resurfaces again and this time on the day powered by heart. You are again in a  flux situation. Which way to go! This goes on   goes on and by this you keep unnecessary thinking and at the end no result. After a long time you find that you simply wasted your precious time,energy and happiness. This becomes even more interesting when it have another actor. Situation becomes more complex . when your heart prevails then other person mind and vice versa. This keeps going on make miserable both lives. The only solution is to sync your heart with the other person or sync mind and take a decision that suits both. The Art of Letting Go

     Letting go things , persons and places on a perfect note which you love the most   and become integral part of you is an Art. However letting go of strong emotions , feelings and desires which captivated you is a bigger Art and requires accomplished practice. How to let go these feelings which becomes fabric of life on a harmonious note without any acrimony,fight,bad mouth ,bad intention and so on !!      This cannot be done at once .It needs practice and learning of previous such unsuccessful exercises of letting go. It also needs blessings of the place, environment and above all motivation from entire body ,mind and heart to become successful.      One should also know this that letting go is akin to death. Both requires moving on to a place of surrender to what is , and allowing for a transition to something new. Failure to do so will trap you forever in the land of " no more and not yet".
