13.Limit non veg food
14.Some yoga 
15.Play one sport
16.Meeting with old friends
17.Help  needy
18.Dedicated time to family and friends
19.Letting go things which hurts
20.Life is mortal ,complete your unfinished agenda
21.syncing mind with heart
